Sourcing
Content on this site is based on official and verifiable sources: Arizona statutes and court rules, published court decisions, state agency and government publications, and other primary documents that a reader can check. Where a secondary source is used, we prefer ones that identify their own sources.
How we treat sources
Every factual claim is verified against an identifiable source before publication, and we cite or link that source wherever practical so readers can confirm it themselves. We do not publish invented statistics, fabricated examples, anonymous anecdotes, or claims we cannot trace. If we cannot verify something, we leave it out. Where sources conflict or a rule is unsettled, we say so rather than presenting one reading as certain.
We list only case outcomes that were publicly reported by an identifiable source, and we link that source on every entry. Outcomes are described as reported — never as a prediction of what any other case is worth.
Review and updates
Law and procedure change. Guides are reviewed and updated as sources change, and we remove or revise material that is no longer accurate rather than leaving it in place.
Corrections policy
We correct errors promptly and transparently. If you believe something on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, please tell us through our contact form. Include the page and, if you have one, the source you believe is correct. Substantive corrections are made to the page itself as soon as we have verified the issue.
General information, not advice
Everything published here is general information about how injury claims work in Arizona. It is not legal advice or medical advice, and reading it does not create an attorney-client or provider-patient relationship. For guidance about your specific situation, consult a licensed professional. See our terms of use.
